At The Gala

This is the first dress in my Gala Project. Twilight is my personal favorite pony since we share so many of the same traits. So I thought it only appropriate to start with her.

I went for a modern Hollywood glam kind of look. I also pulled from Rarity's description of the dress:

"Twilight's dress, cutting out the pattern snip by snip
Making sure the fabric folds nicely
It's the perfect color and so hip..."

This style of the short in the front and long in the back has been very popular this season and I wanted to make sure it draped in such a way that it flowed when I walked.
